VoiceOfSerbia.org, 22.01.2015., The Hague: ICJ to rule on Croatia-Serbia case on February 3

The International Court of Justice in the Hague has announced that on February 3 it will rule on Croatia’s suit and Serbia’s countersuit on genocide, with reference to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

The ruling with will binding and not appealable. The legal team that represented Serbia expects Croatia’s suit to be rejected, the Croatian forces’ operation Storm, of 1995, declared genocide against Serb people and the state of Croatia pronounced guilty of the breach of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
